This is awesome. All forms of Active Transportation should be encouraged. Especially when the average American only walks 800m (874 yards) a day.

I don't blame you Fredereck. You sound just like my husband.

When I was a kid we weren't even allowed to trick-or-treat since people were getting apples with razor blades and poison candy bars! Luckily things seem to have gotten better - although we still trick or treat in our own neighborhood.

In this case I have found that you often know who your BOO bag is from: moms talk, you may get caught dropping it off, or the kids are so excited they can't keep from spilling the beans.

I also don't advocate using candy - kids get enough this time of year. I've suggested over 20 other fun and safe Halloween surprises. Hopefully you will give it another chance.

I got candy on my front doorstep this way once. I threw it out. Not to be paranoid, but I'm not eating (or feeding my kids) random food some anonymous person left on my doorstep.

I have not bought any yet but plan to (and will post an update). A friend who has some says how they hold up depends on how often you use them. She has had one for years but does not use it often. You can also find them at your local hardware store. Thanks for reading!

That Elmo key is so cute! Thank you! (they have Super Grover too!) I wonder how they hold up once they are cut? Do you think they flake off after using them?
